Reservation Policy:
You have to pay the 25% of the total cost of the stay in advance
Cancellation Policy:
In case of a cancellation that takes place 20 days before the arrival, the prepaid amount is refunded.
In case of not showing up or in case of a cancellation that takes place in less than 20 days before the arrival, then the client is charged with the whole prepaid amount.
Charging policy:
Because of the arrangement of the exterior spaces and the pool as well, the stay in VILLADA is not suggested for children younger than 9 years of age or for disabled people.
Pets are not allowed.
The minimum period of stay is two nights.
